Weighbridge General Characteristics
Developed over 15 years the Solent Scales steel deck weighbridges range is manufactured to high specifications suitable for use in the most arduous conditions.

Once the steel deck is fabricated the whole structure is shot blasted and burnished before anti corrosion primer and acrylic polyurethane paint is applied.
The weighbridge is then assembled and tested in the factory prior to despatch this includes deflection tests under load using dial gauges.
Modular in design the weighbridge is delivered on a single lorry and is installed using the lorry crane thus reducing installation costs.
The unique design of the side rails and easy maintenance access plates mean that the same weighbridge deck can be used for surface or pit mounted applications. s

Installation
Our weighbridges are modular in design and can be delivered on a single lorry, making them one of the most cost-effective products to install in the market. As we hold a range of weighbridges in stock, they can take as little as three days from order to installation.

Installation is typically completed in one working day, including calibration and verification.

After Sales Support
Once your weighbridge is installed and working, we offer a comprehensive range of after sales weighbride maintenance, weighbridge repair and weighbridge calibration agreements.

Our skilled team of field engineers carry modern communications equipment and can attend any breakdown or malfunction in a few hours.

Standard -	Two service visits per annum. One calibration and certification with weighbridge test unit. One interim mechanical service visit. Priority response to breakdowns. Reduced rate for repair/labour.
Inclusive -	Two service visits per annum. One calibration and certification with weighbridge test unit. One interim mechanical service visit. Priority response to breakdowns. Labour for breakdowns included.
