If you have a service package with us, we are currently operating on precautionary measures. The office will always be manned, and your call will always be answered. However, non-essential calibration work and interim service visits are on temporary suspension. Services to customers that do not currently have a Solent Scales Service Package have been suspended until further notice. The health and safety of our service engineers and customers alike is paramount so only essential emergency call outs and essential calibration work will be undertaken until all social and trade restrictions have been relaxed or lifted altogether.
If an essential call out is placed our service engineers will obviously respect any site conditions on arrival.
