If you are based in any one of Kent, East Sussex, West Sussex, Surrey, Hampshire, Dorset, or the Berkshire regions - including South London and the M25 border - our team of expert engineers can travel to your premises, resulting in shorter turnaround times.

If faced with an emergency, as in your weighing scales are unusable, we'll aim to have an engineer on site within eight hours.

If you're outside of our usual radius fear not, we can still assist you, shipping your scales to our Unit in Chichester, West Sussex. Here one of our experts can oversee essential repairs. Or if you’re local to our sister company MK Scales in Kettering, Northamptonshire they can also provide assistance on our behalf.

Once repaired, all weighing scales are given a health check and recalibrated in accordance with the UK Weighing Federation’s Calibration Code of Practices.

If your equipment is Trade Approved and the seals have been broken in light of a repair or recalibration, this will necessitate reverification.

Our experts will carry out several tests to that effect, which can be found in EN45501:2015. All relevant paperwork will also be issued for your records.
