The FC Series is an exceptional range of counting scales and in our consideration one of the best on the market. To say this scale comes highly recommended would be an understatement; it is a "must have" for any customers that have fine component counting to undertake on a daily basis.
Its robust aluminium die-cast frame with removable stainless steel weighing pan provides longevity of use, whilst the enhanced internal resolution provides more accurate counting.
When the comparator function is activated, the scale has the functionality to compare a count or weight. The accumulation function then allows for a total piece count to be logged into the memory, working in both automatic and manual mode. The ACAI automatically corrects any errors caused by variation in the unit weights of weighing article, which overall makes even more accurate counting possible.
Easy data retrieval ensures effectiveness and reliability of operations, in particular for multi-product lines. Further to this, a simplified operational mode enables you to use only the keys you need, which avoids any unwanted mistakes. (This mode is available for zero setting, tare weight cancel setting, and sample counting setting).
Additionally, functionality comes in the form of a buzzer that sounds when the current counter reaches, exceeds or lacks a set quantity. When an operational error occurs, the alarm will beep to alert the user.
