Calibration and Certification
Emergencies and downtime could be expensive for your business, but it doesn't have to be.
All of our service package customers receive 15% off our standard hourly rate, dropping it to just £49 per hour for Labour & Travel. If you opt for our All-Inclusive service package, all of our callouts are included.
On average, we get an engineer to you in less than 8 working hours for emergency call outs.
Annual Accuracy Test
All of our service packages come with an included annual accuracy test. This test checks that your scales are within tolerance and can be relied on. We come to you, so there's no need to worry about downtime.
No Calibration Certificates will be issued and this will not be documented as a calibration. This accuracy test does not meet the Codes of Practice of the UK Weighing Federation.
All of our service packages (excluding "accuracy test only" plans) have a scheduled annual calibration visit.
Under these service visits, you will receive an annual calibration certificate for each scale in accordance with the UK Weighing Federation Codes of Practice and can be documented as calibration on relevant paperwork.
Maintenance & Service Visit
In addition to your annual Calibration and Certification visit, we also come to you for an interim routine maintenance and service visit. This ensures that your equipment is running smoothly with preventative maintenance and servicing.
Spare Parts Included
On our All-Inclusive plans, we cover the costs of any spare parts needed to get your weighing apparatus up and running again.
We source the parts you need, we fit the parts you need, and we pay for the parts you need.
Not including customer or end-user damage.
All parts are subject to availability from manufacturers and suppliers.
